HGTV luminary Erin Napier took to Instagram to celebrate her husband’s remarkable health and fitness journey. Since the beginning of 2022, Ben, her co-host on “Home Town,” has shown unwavering dedication to his pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.

In a heartwarming video shared by Erin, Ben confidently flaunts his transformation. Dressed in an oxford button-down shirt and chinos, he gracefully drapes a coat over his arm, all set to the rhythm of Jim Croce’s “You Don’t Mess Around With Jim” in the background. Erin’s pride in her husband’s achievements is unmistakable.

In her caption, Erin provides more context to Ben’s inspiring transformation. She reveals that he embarked on his health and fitness journey in earnest the previous winter, just before a significant shoulder surgery scheduled for March.

The goal was to improve his sleep quality and lower his blood pressure, making the surgery and recovery more manageable. But there was another powerful motivator driving his commitment—their two beloved daughters. The couple welcomed their first child, Helen, in 2018, and their second daughter, Mae, in 2021.

Speaking about his motivations, Ben shared his thoughts with Today, saying,

“Bringing Helen home and experiencing those initial weeks with her, witnessing how rapidly children grow and change every day, it truly caught my attention. Each day she was different, and I wanted to savor every moment of her life. I aspire to lead a long and healthy life so that I can be there for Erin and Helen.”
