On 19 May 2023, the Alaskan Bush People star posted a TikTok video under the title “story time of what my hand tattoo means.” And, Rain explained why she got it and what it means to her. To everyone who has been wondering about her tattoo, it’s a dog paw print on her hand.

Beginning the story, Kathryn shared her hand tattoo has special meaning as it’s the paw print of her childhood dog, Mr. Cupcake, whom she referred to as her “best friend,” in the whole wide world.

Many of Rain’s followers likely remember seeing Mr. Cupcake on Alaskan Bush People as she often had her pet around to play with.

On 29 November 2020, Her beloved dog Mr. Cupcake died. So, she inked the tattoo of her pet’s actual paw print to commemorate him.

According to Rain, her tattoo symbolizes that her doggie is always with her. The TV star also stated that some people pointed out that it’s way too big for Mr. Cupcake; however, she remarked, “No, it’s his exact size, and I just have tiny hands, and he was a huge dog.” 20-year-old Brown said when her pet was alive, he would come up to her and would always shake hands, as well as he would just pot. Thus, she preferred to ink it on the back of her hand to always feel that handshake of Mr. Cupcake. She has also written “Cuppie,” which was her own handwriting as Rain explained.

Nevertheless, Rain is a dog lover and her hand tattoo symbolizes her love for her childhood doggie. She now has two pet puppies named Jackson and Harley.
