Ben Napier, a 40-year-old American television personality, has captured the hearts of viewers across the nation with his talent and charisma. Based in Mississippi, Ben is not just a TV star but also an accomplished furniture maker and entrepreneur. His ability to craft beautiful pieces of furniture and transform homes has earned him widespread admiration. However, what truly sets Ben apart is his genuine connection with clients and friends alike.
Ben first stepped into the limelight in 2016 when he co-hosted HGTV’s popular show “Home Town” alongside his wife, Erin Napier. Since then, he has enjoyed both fame and a fulfilling life in Mississippi with his family. Ben married Erin on November 22, 2008, and together they have navigated life’s ups and downs as a team. The couple is blessed with two adorable daughters—Helen and Mae—who complete their picture-perfect family.
Shoulder Troubles for Ben
Given his demanding roles as a craftsman, businessman, and television host on “Home Town,” it’s no surprise that Ben Napier leads an incredibly busy life filled with physical labor. From renovating homes to designing custom furniture pieces, there’s no shortage of work for Big Ben’s broad shoulders.
However, all that hard work has taken its toll over time. Recently, Erin Napier took to Instagram under her handle “@erinapier” to share some concerning news about her husband’s shoulder issues.
On January 10th, 2023, Erin posted both videos and photos showing Ben undergoing physical therapy for what appears to be a long-standing shoulder problem—a challenge that has been affecting him for quite some time now.
A Brother-in-Law’s Helping Hand
According to Erin’s Instagram post, the responsibility of treating Ben’s shoulder lies in the capable hands of “Optimal Performance PT,” a physical therapy firm based in Mississippi. Interestingly enough—and perhaps adding an extra layer of comfort—Erin often accompanies her husband during these sessions because she enjoys catching up with one particular therapist: Clark Rasberry—her older brother.
Clark made the bold decision last year to leave behind hospital work where their father had once served so he could partner up at this physiotherapy center instead. Watching Clark skillfully treat injuries through targeted exercises brought back memories for Erin; it reminded her vividly of watching their father at work during his younger days—a nostalgic experience indeed! She couldn’t help but feel proud seeing how both men from her family possess such healing abilities through their hands alone.
Thanks largely due to Clark’s expertise (and perhaps some familial love), it seems like recovery is well underway for Big Ben!

Helen Lends Her Support
In times like these when recovery takes center stage—it helps immensely having supportive loved ones nearby offering encouragement whenever possible especially children who often bring unique perspectives into mix making everything seem brighter somehow despite challenges faced along way too!
