Fans of the HGTV and Magnolia Network personality are getting to know Sarah better through Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn, which premieres July 19. The spinoff follows Chase and Sarah as they take on an ambitious renovation together, transforming a rundown Maine property into a bed-and-breakfast while still juggling work and family life.
Who Is Chase Morrill’s Wife, Sarah?
Sarah Morrill has built a career far removed from reality television. She is a registered nurse and, since 2021, has worked as the director of a school-based health center in Maranacook, Maine.
The health program serves students in grades 6 through 12, providing access to medical care, counseling, treatment for minor illnesses and injuries, health information, and referrals. The setup allows students to receive certain healthcare services without having to leave school for an outside appointment.
Sarah also has ties to Chase’s business world. She helps with Kennebec Cabin Company, the store connected to the Maine Cabin Masters team that sells New England artwork, crafts, tools, and show merchandise.
Now, All Inn gives viewers a chance to see another side of her as she works alongside Chase on their biggest renovation venture.

Chase and Sarah’s relationship began long before television cameras entered their lives.
The two first met while attending College of the Atlantic in 1997. Although they knew each other throughout college, their relationship did not immediately turn romantic.
Sarah previously explained that they only started dating after college. The couple eventually married in 2005, beginning a partnership that has now lasted more than two decades.
That longtime history adds another layer to Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn. Rather than simply watching Chase work with his usual renovation crew, viewers will see how he and Sarah navigate a major project as husband and wife.
Chase and Sarah Have Four Children
Chase and Sarah are parents to four children: daughters Maggie, Nori, and Eva, along with their son, Fletcher.
As of July 2026, Maggie is 20, Nori is 18, Eva is 16, and Fletcher is 14.
Their children were also involved in the inn renovation, making the project a true family undertaking. However, Sarah has made it clear that the renovation was never allowed to completely take over their lives.
Even during stressful stretches, the family prioritized ordinary commitments such as soccer games, skiing events, and tennis matches.
Sarah explained that maintaining a sense of normal life actually helped them handle the pressure surrounding the ambitious project.
