If you didn’t then you have just missed one of the greatest love stories in the real world. Gwen Jorgensen is a champion triathlon athlete, and a major part of all her success goes to her husband, Peter Lemieux.
Peter Lemieux is currently just a househusband, but he once used to be a professional cyclist and trainer of Gwen.
You would be surprised to know that Patrick is a househusband by choice. He saw the real potential in his wife long before she was a world champion and gold medalist even before she was his wife. So he decided to leave his own career to give all the time to take care of Gwen.
Gwen Jorgensen first met Patrick in 2011 in Milwaukee Minnesota at a Wednesday night bicycle ride. Gwen was a regular there but back then was not a very good cyclist and Patrick happened to be in the town.
A mutual friend set them up intending for Patrick to help Gwen by giving her cycling tips but as the night progressed they shifted from talking about cycling to something else entirely. Patrick then asked her to dinner that same night and Gwen though a little unsure accepted and even later exchanged number.
The two got engaged in 2013 at their home in St. Paul during the first snowfall of the year and married shortly. It got very hard at the beginning when both of them were in the sport; they had to be in different locations and competitions at the same time. But later Patrick left his own career to train and support his wife. He is such a good husband who takes care of all his wife’s training from cooking to finances.

As of kids, Gwen and Patrick recently just had a son named Stanley. Their lovely child was born on August 16, 2017, and he weighed 7 pounds and 10 ounces and had a height of a little over 21 inches.
They have no more kids but looking at their hectic schedule it is even surprising that Stanley was able to be born. The birth of their son was posted on her own blog.

Gwen Jorgensen has been a dominating individual in the world of triathlon. She started her amazing streak after coming in second at the 2011 World Championship in London. That made her eligible to join the Olympic in the 2012 US Olympic triathlon, but a flat tire unseen on TV resulted in a 38th place.
However, in 2014 she made a hard comeback with 3 continuous wins at the World Triathlon Series and topped it with 13 win streaks in 2015.
She carried this record all the way to the 2016 summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro to win the gold medal in 2016.
Even after such a dominating performance, her net worth has yet to be evaluated.
However, with prize money of the World Series being in the 6 digits, it can be considered that she generates a large net worth.
She will be trying on something entirely new soon retiring from triathlon and now entering the marathon world starting next Olympics in Tokyo 2020.
