Dr. Susan Kelleher graduated with BSc (chemistry – biology) from Alfred University (class of 1990).
Thereafter, she went to the University of Tennessee to study veterinary medicine and graduated in the year 1995.
After graduating, Dr. Susan decided to move to Florida where she practiced veterinary medicine for three and a half years and then decided to start her own veterinary hospital “Broward Avian and Exotic Animal Hospital.
She is a mom of three (Eibar, Claire, and Miles). She owns a cat pet, 3 dogs, 2 turtles and a parakeet whom she enjoys spending time with.
Due to her passion for taking care of animals, she opted to volunteer at Buffalo zoo while Dr. Susan was in high school and college and also volunteered in Clinch River Raptor center while in veterinary school where she gained loads of expertise in her career, making her an incredible veterinary doctor.
