Just yesterday, Buell announced on his Facebook that he was bisexual ever since 2010 and that has been in a close relationship with Sergey Poberezhny who is also a “Paranormal State” co-star and that both are getting married.
Making this known on his Facebook page, he said, ‘
’Ladies and gentlemen, I’m excited to announce that I am getting married this week at long last. I am proud that I am tying the knot here in State College, PA. And I am proud that we are living in an age of marriage equality. Now if only they’d legalize polygamy. And proton packs.’’
However, there was no further statement as to when and where the marriage will hold, as he doesn’t with his fans on Facebook as much as some other reality TV folks.
This decision, however, did not go down well with his family as it was seen as sacrilegious. Like most, his family also rejected him for being gay, and even his partner nearly committed suicide as a result of the treatment he received from Buell’s family.
His position on sexuality also triggered many reactions from his fans as many congratulated him for coming out clean while others saw him as a scammer and uses diversions like this to cast everyone’s attention from where it should be: having scammed thousands of dollars from fans that purchased ticket for tour, products, etc. that he never fulfilled.

There are a few messages to you all in this photo. I love you all and thank you for your support:
To those of us that are currently afflicted, soldier on.
To those whose loved ones feel restricted, soldier on.
To those that fight a battle from inside, soldier on.
To those that share the war outside, solider on.
