Rick Ness Update: Is he coming back?

Do you like the reality TV show “Gold Rush”? Then you probably know that Rick Ness is not currently in the show for many episodes, basically missing the entire season, leading the fans to believe he quit. What happened to Rick Ness?

After missing so many episodes of the popular TV show “Gold Rush,” fans wondered what exactly happened to Rick. It was revealed in Season 13, ep 2 of the show when one of Ricks’s crew come to his home.

There, Zee Zaramba talks about what happened. Rick mentioned that he is suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder (AKA), a type of depression that is related to changes in season. But that’s not enough for Zee, who brings up the passing of Rick’s mother, who sadly passed away in 2018.

Rick mentioned that he owns her mother’s house and hasn’t been there for a while. He followed that he needs to go there and face it.

These sad words underline why Ness is absent from episodes of the show.  And it appears that he is dealing with both external and internal stresses. The death of a parent is a life-changing tragedy that can take years to process.

But there’s something else there; according to a YouTube channel called “GOLD RUSH NEWS,” Rick got in trouble with the Canadian government and they possibly banned Ness from basic mining. Though the YouTuber said that it was only a rumor and it was never confirmed.

He followed up by saying he severed the ties with “Discovery” and “Raw TV” and most likely will never go back to the show again. But it was still speculation that is never confirmed. Nonetheless, if you are curious if he will be back, then read more!

Will he come back to the show?

This is the question that fans wondered about and still figuring out if he will be back in the “Gold Rush.” The answer is no, probably not. Many rumors and speculations are going out right now, such as; Rick being in the mine site in Arizona, his hometown. A mine site that fans believe that the next mining will be.

But it is still speculation, and it was never confirmed by either Rick or any reliable site. So for all the Fans of Rick reading, we can only wait.

Rick Ness Complicated love with his Fiancee Leese Marie

Rick and his Girlfriend deal with lots of ups and downs in their relationship. Such as last year, in November of 2022, they are confirmed to splitting up by Rick cheating with Leese.

But in just two months, both of them are confirmed to be back together. Rick even post it on his Facebook,  saying that they want to make their new year a new beginning and make their business successful and exciting by making what happened in 2022 in the dust.

Leese also confirmed it on her own Instagram, which is, unfortunately, private. In one of her posts, a commenter asks if they are back together which she answers ‘Yes.’ She followed that Leese couldn’t really take it anymore, and this is the last chance she will give.

Unfortunately, in Leese’s recent post, she basically said that she is single again. Saying, “This new chapter of being single, beyond happy, and finally finding myself again is making me do exciting thing and new things.”

In her other post, Leese took a job offer in Las Vegas and said, “I am beyond excited on my new journey.” Followed by, “Life’s too short, so I figured it’s never too late to change careers.”

Rick, though sadly, have no statement on the matter. The posting happened very recently, so we can only wait for Rick’s response on the matter. Nonetheless, it is confirmed that they broke up again and might not come back together, as Leese says that she will never give another chance to Rick.
