Meet Stanley Tucci’s 5 Kids from two marriages: They are all grown up now

Stanley Tucci, known for his role in “The Devil Wears Prada,” cherishes family life and is a father to five children. He had three older children, twins Isabel and Nicolo, aged 24, and daughter Camilla, aged 21, with his late wife Kate Tucci, who passed away from breast cancer in 2009.

After marrying Felicity Blunt in October 2012, Tucci and Felicity welcomed two more children: Matteo, aged 9, and Emilia, aged 5. Tucci has spoken openly about Felicity initially taking on the role of a step-parent to his three older children during an interview with The Guardian in August 2017.

Stanley Tucci has candidly shared the challenges of finding a partner willing to embrace his role as a widower with three teenagers. In an interview, he mentioned,

“It is not easy to find somebody who is going to take on three teenagers and a widower.”

Despite the complexities, his wife Felicity Blunt stepped up to the challenge, caring for the children as if they were her own.

While Tucci often shares his culinary adventures on Instagram, he maintains privacy regarding his family. He prefers not to feature his children on social media, choosing to keep them out of the spotlight. However, he speaks warmly about fatherhood in interviews, highlighting the joys and responsibilities it brings.

Isabel Concetta Tucci and Nicolo Robert Tucci, 24

Stanley Tucci’s fraternal twins, Isabel Concetta Tucci and Nicolo Robert Tucci, were born on Jan. 21, 2000, in New York City to Stanley and his late wife Kate. They have mostly stayed out of the limelight, rarely appearing publicly with their famous father.

Nicolo has ventured into acting and appeared as Max in a 2019 episode of the mini-series “MotherFatherSon,” featuring Richard Gere.

Tucci has discussed his children in various interviews, mentioning their great sense of humor and describing them as “incredible” and “really funny.”

While his children aren’t particularly interested in his career, Isabel and Nicolo made a rare public appearance alongside their sister Camilla at the Audi Polo Challenge in 2015, where they posed for photos with Tucci, Felicity, and Emily Blunt.

Camilla Tucci, 21

Stanley Tucci and his late wife Kate welcomed their third child, daughter Camilla Tucci, in 2002. Tucci has chosen to keep details about Camilla private, raising her away from the public eye like his other children.

In a January 2010 interview with the San Diego Union-Tribune, Tucci mentioned his children’s reaction to his role as serial killer George Harvey in “The Lovely Bones” (2009). His eldest kids, including Camilla, were on set and found his character “disgusting.” Tucci explained the movie’s dark nature to them simply, acknowledging their discomfort with watching movies where he plays darker characters.

Reflecting on his late wife’s passing and the impact on his family, Tucci expressed sadness for Kate’s absence and regret that his children couldn’t spend more time with her, emphasizing her extraordinary nature.

Matteo Oliver Tucci, 9

Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt welcomed their first child together, Matteo Oliver Tucci, on Jan. 25, 2015, making him Tucci’s fourth child. Tucci humorously expressed his excitement about Matteo’s arrival, joking about welcoming him to the “cold, cruel world.”

Continuing family traditions, Tucci and Blunt emphasize daily dinners together, a practice Tucci shared with his late wife Kate. He believes that sharing meals strengthens bonds and heals.

Tucci also discussed the joys and challenges of parenting in his 50s, finding humor in Matteo’s “posh” mannerisms and British phrases at a young age, much to his amusement and bewilderment.

Emilia Giovanna Tucci, 5

In March 2018, Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt announced they were expecting their second child together. Their daughter, Emilia Giovanna Tucci, was born on April 19, 2018.

Playfully, Tucci joked to PEOPLE,

“Hopefully she will have the looks and brains of her mother and one of my better personalities.”

Reflecting on life during the lockdown in a May 2020 essay for The Atlantic, Tucci shared the dynamic of living with his wife, five children, and a friend of one of his eldest children during the pandemic. He humorously remarked,

“Cramming all these people with differing personalities, ages, needs, wants, etc., in a house for six weeks creates an interesting dynamic. For the most part, things have been going very well, meaning no one has murdered anyone yet, although I am sure one of them is plotting my demise as I type this.”
