Grand Price Details

The total estimated value of the Anastasia Island HGTV Dream Home package surpasses $2.2 million. The sweepstakes winner will receive:

– Keys to the fully furnished home, inclusive of home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise, valued at approximately $2,069,595 according to contest regulations.
– A new Mercedes-Benz E Class sedan valued at around $70,000 as per the rules.
– A cash prize of $100,000.

Regarding the option to opt for a lump sum or ‘cash option’ for the HGTV Dream Home 2024 contest, the rules specify: “In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home 2024), the grand prize winner will have the option of receiving $650,000 in cash (the “cash option”).
