CUSTOM METAL FABRICATOR

**Responsibilities:**
– Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and troubleshoot issues.
– Maintain accountability and welcome constructive criticism.
– Adhere to project budgets.
– Keep accurate records of time and materials.
– Utilize various hand, power, and shop tools and equipment.
– Provide support to colleagues as required.
– Possess knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials in the department.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
– Ensure proper use of OSHA-approved safety equipment, including PPE such as gloves and eyewear.

**Skills:**
– Metal forming and fitting proficiency.
– Skilled in Mig and Tig welding.
– Experience with aluminum welding.
– Proficient in rust repair and panel replacement/design.
– Capable of structural fabrication.
– Familiar with fiberglass work and buck construction.
– Competent in body sheet metal fabrication and repair.
– Able to fabricate chassis and suspension.
– Experience in exhaust and header fabrication.
– Knowledgeable in plumbing fuel and brake systems.

**Requirements:**

PAINT & BODY TECHNICIAN

**Responsibilities:**

– Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.
– Provide support to teammates as required.
– Possess knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the department.
– Perform other related duties as assigned.
– Ensure proper usage of OSHA-approved safety equipment, including PPE like gloves and eyewear.

**Skills:**
– Gapping and fitment expertise.
– Proficiency in prep work and epoxy application.
– Skillful in blocking, long blocking, bodywork, and wet sanding.
– Ability to match panels seamlessly.
– Competent in disassembly and assembly processes.
– Experience with polyester prime and 2K prime.
– Bonus Skills: Welding, Hammer and dolly techniques, Cut and polish methods.
– Super Extra Special Bonus Skills: Solvent and Waterborne paint application.
