Alison Victoria, the star of HGTV’s Windy City Rehab, has officially introduced her new relationship with Brandt Andersen to the world via Instagram. On June 12, the 42-year-old designer shared a series of photos on her account, marking their first public appearance together. The post was simply captioned “My 🤍,” accompanied by an inspiring quote from Rumi: “Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.”
The photo collection captured moments from their evening at the Daytime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on June 7. Among the six images were two striking shots of Victoria and Andersen posing together on the red carpet—Victoria looked stunning in a sleek black gown with an open back, while Andersen complemented her look in a crisp white jacket paired with black trousers.
One particularly intimate photo showed them gazing into each other’s eyes, while another depicted them walking hand-in-hand down a hallway, with Victoria flashing a radiant smile over her shoulder at the camera. It was clear that she had much to be happy about—not only because of her blossoming romance but also due to Windy City Rehab being nominated for Best Instructional/How-To Program.
Brandt Andersen, aged 46 and known for his work as a film producer, has an impressive resume that includes credits for films like Everest, Lone Survivor, and Mother’s Day. This year marked his directorial debut with the thriller The Strangers’ Case. Beyond filmmaking, Andersen has had diverse ventures; he once owned The Utah Flash—a minor league basketball team affiliated with the NBA—and in 2021 founded The Reel Foundation to support humanitarian projects and socially impactful films.
Victoria herself is no stranger to success or challenges. A Chicago-based interior designer specializing in home renovations since 2019 when she began starring in Windy City Rehab, she separated from Luke Harding after six years of marriage that same year. Despite personal upheavals and professional controversies—including lawsuits stemming from dissatisfied homeowners featured on her show—Victoria continues to thrive as HGTV renews Windy City Rehab for its fourth season set to air later this year.
In December 2020, controversy hit when legal issues arose involving Victoria’s former cohost Donovan Eckhardt after homeowners filed lawsuits over renovation disputes showcased on their show. Eckhardt eventually left amidst these legal battles and later sued Discovery Inc., claiming defamation and emotional distress; however, Victoria was not implicated directly in his lawsuit.
Recently adding another feather to her cap, Alison announced launching Briefly Gorgeous Productions—a new venture aimed at revolutionizing reality television by prioritizing truthfulness over sensationalism. In an Instagram post announcing this endeavor she wrote: “In a world dominated by smoke and mirrors… Briefly Gorgeous Productions is not just another production company; it’s about bringing authenticity back into our screens.”
He’s a lucky guy, she’s the hottest woman on TV today, reality or otherwise!
