These complications have left him with permanent double vision in his right eye and an unresponsive pupil.

He described how uncomfortable it is dealing with bright light due to the fixed pupil condition; it feels like someone is constantly shining a flashlight directly into his eye.

Although he recently underwent another operation aimed at addressing some issues—such as removing scar tissue and attempting to restore movement in the pupil—the double vision and fixed pupil remain unresolved. This means further medical intervention will be necessary down the line.
