Rock the Block Season 6 Announced: Location and Cast Revealed.

EXCLUSIVE: HGTV’s fan-favorite home renovation competition, *Rock the Block*, is coming back for its highly anticipated sixth season, with a fresh new twist. Slated to premiere in Spring 2025, the seven-episode season will once again be hosted by Ty Pennington (*Battle on the Beach*).

This time, the stakes are higher as two seasoned veteran teams will go head-to-head against two rookie teams, marking the first time newcomers and experienced pros will compete against each other for the grand prize.

Who’s Coming in the New Season?

Star designer Alison Victoria (*Windy City Rehab*) teams up with former *Rock the Block* champion and luxury designer Michel Smith Boyd (*Luxe for Less*) to represent one of the veteran teams.

Joining them in the veteran ranks are home restoration expert Jonathan Knight (*Farmhouse Fixer*) and his brother, Jordan Knight, also of New Kids on the Block, who starred together in *Farmhouse Fixer: Camp Revamp*.

For the first time, rookie teams will enter the competition, featuring married renovation duo Chelsea and Cole DeBoer from *Down Home Fab*, alongside house-flipping specialists Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama from *Renovation Aloha*.

Ty Pennington will task HGTV’s powerhouse teams with taking on their most ambitious renovation battle yet, as they compete to outdo each other in transforming massive homes just outside Salt Lake City, Utah. This season promises bigger houses, bigger challenges, and higher stakes, with the ultimate prize being not only bragging rights but also a street named in their honor.

Each duo will have six weeks and a budget of $250,000 to completely transform identical modern homes, all featuring expansive mountain views, more bonus interior spaces, and the largest backyards ever seen on the show. They’ll need to bring their unique design styles and creativity to turn these properties into masterpieces.

“*Rock the Block* has been a ratings phenomenon for HGTV, holding the top spot for three consecutive years,” said Betsy Ayala, Interim Head of Content at HGTV. “We’re pushing the competition even further this season by mixing veteran teams with first-time competitors, adding an exciting new dynamic and surprising twists.”

The homes are constructed by Utah-based Hamlet Homes, and the show is produced by Big Table Media.
