HGTV Updates the Fate of My Lottery Dream Home. Cancelled?

While the network only recently confirmed the premiere date for new episodes, David Bromstad has been eagerly promoting the upcoming season of My Lottery Dream Home for weeks.

“Season premiere, my sweet darling honey bunch of yumminess! One of the most heartfelt, kind stories. I know you all are going to adore this love letter of a show. Tonight at 9/8c,” Bromstad shared in an Instagram post on October 4. True to his style, the post included playful behind-the-scenes moments from filming.

Fans flocked to the comments to express their excitement about the new season.

“You are the best! We need more of you on HGTV and other channels!” one user wrote. Another fan added, “David, I would love to meet you so much. “🏳️‍🌈 A very exciting and yummy moment in my existence is happening Saturday, Oct 19th… 🏳️‍🌈 I’m one of the Grand Frikin Marshals in the Orlando Gay Pride Parade 🏳️‍🌈,” Bromstad announced. “I’m incredibly humbled and honored to represent all my wonderful queer community members in the place I call home. 🏳️‍🌈 Come out with Pride and let’s get the celebration going! I’m in the beginning part of the parade, which starts at 4! The outfit will be flamboyant as ever! Everyone is welcome! 🏳️‍🌈”
