Guy Fieri’s Restaurant Hit with $40,000 Lawsuit – The Shocking Details Revealed!

Court documents indicate that Chicken Guy!, a restaurant linked to celebrity chef Guy Fieri, is currently at risk of eviction due to outstanding rent payments.

The restaurant, along with Earl of Sandwich and Planet Hollywood, has been named in a lawsuit filed by their landlord. The legal action claims that the businesses collectively owe $38,507.72 in overdue rent, accrued interest, and late fees. This information was reported by FOX 35 after obtaining the lawsuit details.

Guy’s Previous Legal Challenges

Chicken Guy!, one of Guy Fieri’s popular dining ventures, is now entangled in a legal dispute as its landlord seeks to evict the establishment over unpaid rent. On February 15th, the landlord issued an initial three-day notice demanding either payment or vacating of the premises. When no resolution was reached, another three-day notice followed on March 4th before an official eviction notice was filed with Orange County court.

This development poses a significant challenge for Chicken Guy!, which has gained popularity for its menu featuring all-natural chicken tenders served with an array of signature sauces. Despite being only the second location in Central Florida—following its successful debut at Disney Springs six years ago—the restaurant now finds itself grappling with financial difficulties.

The landlord is pursuing damages exceeding $50,000 when including attorney fees—a clear indication of how serious this legal matter has become. This situation highlights how even well-known establishments associated with prominent figures like Guy Fieri are not immune to economic pressures and contractual disputes that can threaten their operations.
