Dave and Jenny Marrs are DIY experts, and tv personalities mainly based in Northwest Arkansas. The two have made a name for themselves in reality tv, particularly as they started hosting ‘Fixer to Fabulous.’

In their free time, the couple also run the Berry Farm, which is dedicated to helping underprivileged children in Zimbabwe. Evidently, Dave and Jenny Marrs have built up a great reputation for themselves.

It is this reputation that is under threat with the lawsuit that was filed last year. Here are all the updates we could find.

To date, Dave and Jenny Marrs have fixed up and renovated over three hundred different houses in America. Despite all the great work they put into their renovation projects, odds are that not all their clients will be happy with the final output. In 2018, a couple based in Arkansas took issue with the work Dave and his wife had done.

Dana and Tyler Craddock argued that Marrs Construction didn’t have the required licenses contractors were obligated to acquire before they began working.

In addition to this, the Marrs duo allegedly also failed to get the permits necessary to operate in Benton County. All these permits are a prerequisite to any construction work in Arkansas.

If this wasn’t enough, the plaintiffs also dealt with several issues that occurred after Dave and Jenny had renovated their house. Tyler and Dana spent several years trying to sort out defects and replace the substandard materials that had been used for the project.

Shockingly, the Craddocks also revealed that Marrs Construction checked out without completing the work they had taken on. In total, court documents reveal that they spent an additional $75,000 to sort all the problems.

This was the exact figure that they were suing Jenny and her partner for. So far, we have no reports of a scheduled court date. Things might have been pushed back because of the new cases of the COVID 19 Pandemic. However, with things gradually getting back to normal, we won’t be surprised if a court date is issued soon.

Unsurprisingly, Dave and Jenny Marrs have remained quiet when questioned about the lawsuit. This is because the case is active and ongoing, and anything they said could hamper their defense.

Fans wondered whether the on-going court proceedings would affect the release of the third season, or if the show would be put on hold entirely.

However, it went ahead on the 17th of November 2021. A few days ago, the couple took to Instagram to announce that their show had been greenlit for a fourth season. The scheduled release date is the fall of 2022. In the same post, they went on to thank their fans for all the support, particularly during the difficult times they had experienced over the past year.
