Dr. Jeff Young is a reality tv star and one of the most highly rated veterinarian officers in the country. Furthermore, he is also the top figure at Planned Pethood Plus, a medical center he set up back in the 90s to offer reasonably priced vet services.

Jeff and his second wife, Petra Young Mickova, first met more than a decade ago. Back then, she was a young vet student who had made a move from her home country Slovakia. The two met during one of Petra’s classes, and after she graduated, Petra took up a position at Planned Pethood Plus. A working relationship quickly developed into a romantic one as the two started going out. By 2014, they were getting married. Seven years down the line, and they are still together.

An examination of Dr. Jeff’s Instagram page shows that he and his wife Petra have been quite busy. They have been organizing spay-neuter clinics across the country. One week ago, for example, the two organized a volunteer-based neuter service in Bennet, Colorado. The local community could bring their pets to the center all day for these services at no cost. Jeff reported that he and his team managed to cater to about 100 pets in one day alone.
About a month ago, Dr. Jeff and his wife flew down to Mexico for an International Training Centre. A few aspiring vets from different parts of the world like Columbia, Bolivia, Slovakia, and Puerto Rico were in attendance. Dr. Young set up the training center to give these vets the knowledge they needed to help pet owners back in their home countries.

Young and his spouse recently announced that they are planning a 7-day cruise on Carnival Cruise Lines. It will take place on the 29th of October 2022, and tickets range from $1200 to $1900.

Jeff had done a lot of work with Planned Pethood International since its inception nearly two decades ago. In total, Dr. Jeff has neutered over 160,000 animals across the country. Besides that, he has also helped mentor around 300 different people from various parts of the world. The clinic even finances other centers across places like Mexico, Bratislava, and Slovakia. Dr. Jeff’s work at the clinic is mainly aimed at effectively controlling the pet population.
