The “Christina on the Coast” presenter and her ex-husband Ant Anstead have finally found common ground to raise their 3 years old son Huston after 4 months of filing the full custody. After the court-ordered settlement, the former couple will “continue to enjoy joint legal and shared physical custody,” as they originally agreed in June 2021.

Christina and Ant Anstead exchanged their vows in 2018 and went on separate paths in 2020. Their divorce was finalized in 2021.

Following the divorce, they could not decide on their son’s custody, and the legal battle seemed almost never-ending. But finally, in December 2022, the parents agreed to stick to a new vacation plan with some “exclusions” to the court’s initial proposal on June 2021.

Now, let’s see what the agreements are and how the parents will move forwards with co-parenting.

Christina Haack and Ant Ashtead Child Custody Agreements

As per the recent legal agreement, their son will spend Halloween with Ant in years with even numbers and with Christina in years with odd numbers. For Thanksgiving, the child will be with his mother on even-numbered years and with his father on odd-numbered ones.

Similarly, Hudson will be with Anstead for Easter on even years, and on odd years with Hall, and the opposite for July 4. Speaking of Christmas, their son will remain with his dad from December 23 until Christmas Day on odd years.

As per People, Anstead must “give Christina written notice of his planned vacation period on or before December 1 of the respective year” if he wants to take a week off during Hudson’s school break.

Hence, as Ant Anstead and Christina Haack have finally come to a conclusion, their trial dates have finally been canceled as of March 2023. Additionally, in April 2022, Mr. Anstead provided legal documents accusing his ex-wife of being an incapable mom and ignoring the health of both him and their son Hudson.

He also stated that his girlfriend Renee Zellweger had to put her newest project on hold owing to COVID exposure from his ex-family wife, which she had not reported. Hence, Anstead requested a revision to their joint custody arrangement, but on the same day, a court refused his motion.

According to Daily Mail, the judge concluded that Anstead had failed to provide sufficient information to his ex-wife and had failed to establish that Hudson was in danger under their present custody arrangement. To support his accusations, Anstead also blamed Christina for being an unavailable mother who only saw their kid just a few days during the month.

However, Christina denied these accusations via her legal team and said she was shocked by those false claims. She stated that no matter what happens to her relationship, her first priority will always be her children.

Likewise, Ant, on the other hand, noted he felt gratitude for life after the divorce and understood he only needs good health and his son.
