Alisan Porter was born to Ric Porter and Laura Klein in Worcester, Massachusetts, on June 20, 1981. Ric Porter was the lead singer, songwriter, and co-founder of the Worcester-based band “Zonkaraz”. Porter’s mother, Laura Klein, taught Elaine and Diane and Klimaszewski. The duo performed at “Star Search” before they became the Coors Light Twins. Porter is the Her great-grandfather, Joseph Klein was a prominent Worcester rabbi and Her grandmother was a dancer and successfully ran the Charlotte Klein Dance Center. She started singing and acting at the age of three. She later became the youngest winner of “Star Search” Junior Singing competition at age 5.
